The Micro Ozzy™ Screen is a next-generation system that integrates Ovivo’s proven drum screen technology with dewatering equipment.
A scaled-down version of the Ozzy™ Cup Screen, the Micro Ozzy is housed in a compact, self-contained tank that can handle flows up to 1 MGD. It delivers exceptional performance while maintaining a small footprint, making it the ideal solution for water and wastewater screening.
And it is available in a packaged, stocked, and ready-to-ship unit. Prebuilt in 316 stainless steel with explosion-proof motors, the Micro Ozzy includes a control panel and can be paired with any aperture size.

HOW IT WORKS
The Micro Ozzy features a robust cup drum and a solid horizontal main shaft, all housed within a stainless-steel tank.
Flow enters the system either by gravity or pump, moving through the drum screen and out through mesh panels, which are automatically cleaned by spray wash nozzles. Screenings are efficiently captured and conveyed to dewatering equipment, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted process.
