HOW IT WORKS

The Spiral Blade Scraper Clarifier uses gravity separation to produce clarified overflow water and settled sludge.

The spiral blades scrape the sludge accumulated at the bottom of the clarifier with a constant 30-degree angle of attack, bringing it to the center for removal.

Supported by steel truss construction arms and equipped with adjustable stainless-steel squeegees, the blades vary in depth based on clarifier size and bottom slope.
