Bosker® Bandit
Your Ultimate Solution for Small, Automated Intakes
Streamline manual debris clearing with the Bosker® Bandit.
This system revolutionizes intake management with a fully automated raking solution that addresses the challenges of manual debris clearing.
Designed for small water and wastewater intakes, the Bosker Bandit enhances operational efficiency, reduces costs, and ensures a safer working environment.
THE PROBLEM
Manual clearing of debris from water intakes is labor-intensive, time-consuming, and often hazardous. Traditional methods require significant manpower.
THE OVIVO SOLUTION
The Bosker® Bandit offers a streamlined, automated raking solution that eliminates the need for manual clearing. With its robust build, compact design, and advanced automation, the Bosker Bandit ensures efficient and cost-effective debris removal. It integrates seamlessly into both new and existing systems, offering a choice between a static model for single-pick intakes or a mobile model that traverses to clean multiple picks.
HOW IT WORKS
The Bosker® Bandit operates via a pre-programmed cycle, level differential signal, or manual activation. It features a robust build with a 550-pound safe working load and a 270-degree rotation capability.
The extendable raking arm, equipped with a durable rake head, uses hydraulic arms to engage and remove embedded and surface debris from bar screens. The collected debris is then conveniently dumped by traveling and/or rotating to a designated location.
