The Varec Biogas™ 239A Waste Gas Burner is designed for burning low volumes of biogas generated in the anaerobic digestion process.
The Varec Biogas™ 240 H-O-A Manual Ignition System is used with the 239A Waste Gas Burner. This unit provides a manually initiated ignition spark and a provision to continuously cycle the spark on and off. Together, the flare and ignition systems offer easy maintenance and operation. Efficient combustion aids in reducing odors and emissions.

VAREC BIOGAS™ 244E ENCLOSED BURNER AND AUTOMATIC PILOT IGNITION SYSTEM
The Varec Biogas™ 244E Enclosed Burner and Automatic Pilot Ignition System is a cost-effective system designed to burn biogas efficiently, reliably, and safely over a wide range of operating parameters.
With no visible flame, the 244E uses an innovative stack design to naturally induce the proper amount of combustion air that will guarantee high destruction removal efficiency (DRE). Independent tests have shown DRE of more than 99 percent, with low NOx and CO emissions.
And there’s no need for motorized dampers and complicated control systems.

VAREC BIOGAS™ 244W WASTE GAS BURNER AND IGNITION SYSTEM
The Varec Biogas™ 244W Waste Gas Burner and Ignition System uses a patented pilot ignition system that mixes pilot gas and air at ground level to provide a robust, high-temperature pilot. The pilot is ignited away from the flare stack.
This process reduces wear and tear and allows routine maintenance without exposing the operator to high temperatures. The 244W is not affected by fluctuations in waste gas flow or heat content. A shielded thermocouple provides reliable detection of the pilot.
