THE PROBLEM

THE OVIVO SOLUTION
The Airbeam Cover Aeration System addresses these challenges by retaining heat inside reactors, controlling odors, optimizing Class B compliance, reducing volatile solids, and enhancing nitrification performance. Its design simplifies maintenance and reduces the need for costly chemicals and energy.
HOW IT WORKS
The system combines a single-drop coarse bubble diffuser aeration system with a flat panel aluminum cover. It integrates air distribution and structural support into one unit, using interlocking panels, beams, decking, and seals to minimize aluminum usage.
This design keeps digester contents warmer, allowing for smaller tank sizes and thereby significant project savings. The modular panel construction simplifies installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for expensive fasteners, special labor, or independent support systems.
